"I had a wonderful stay at The Peninsula Manila. The hotel itself is grand and truly spectacular, with an elegant atmosphere that makes you feel special from the moment you arrive. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly attentive, and my concierge was always at my beck and call. No request was too small or too much—whether it was arranging for an iron and ironing board to be set up promptly or organizing additional bathroom amenities, everything was handled efficiently and with a smile. Overall, the level of care and attention to detail made my stay both comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury and outstanding service"

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and although someone came once to try to fix it, they couldn’t and did not follow up or offer a room change. You can imagine how “fun” it was having to pour water from the bidet sprayer for 5 to 10 minutes after each use just to get a partial flush. That was not the only issue. The safe was not working and was never fixed, and the AC unit kept dripping outside, creating constant noise. Overall, the staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to properly resolve even basic problems. Definitely not a pleasant experience."

"Beautiful place to stay the staff were very helpful no matter what I asked for they managed to find it or help me out so I could do whatever I needed to do the food at the hotel was good I had no complaints the cleaning was good even went as far as asking housekeeping I needed my golf shoes cleaned and the young gentleman took my golf shoes away and clean them for me and brought them back so yes very very helpful how the wonderful state and felt so comfortable the wellness centre is very good as well massaging was very excellent not a cheap massage a very good high quality massaging so do recommend people to go and stay"

"The Staff are rude but wear a fake smile…..in simplistic terms racist. Once they have your money they switch up. I went to this property and asked to be shown a room. They allowed me to view a nice room. Nice aroma very clean. But once I booked they placed me in a nasty cigarette smelling room with dengy towels ….the room was ran down and I just barely got through the night. During check-in the stupid front desk clerk kept announcing she was verifying me at the registration office as if I was a criminal!! I could have went completely off but instead I kept my cool. No tips , bad review and Never Again!!"
