「Great」

「The hotel itself was great, nice staff,beautiful rooms. The only problem was staff shortages Saturday and Sunday Mother’s day weekend at the pool/bar. Bartender did not know menu for drinks, did not know correct ingredients and a 2 hour wait for food on Saturday, no pool service at all on Mother’s day. But hotel was clean, staff friendly and a great location, this was our 5th time at property and our only bad experience.」

「Everything about our stay was top notch, the rooms were impeccable, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The the staff here is so friendly and professional. Everybody here was super nice and the beach was absolutely beautiful. We took advantage of the bicycles and the golf cart around the island. This is a must day. We will be back soon!」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」
