「Stunning hotel with excellent staff. We were greeted with drinks on arrival, our little one was greeted and made welcome too. Everyone said hello. Breakfast - huge selection for all needs/wants. Rooms- beautiful and staff cleaned as and when. They were excellent and friendly. The pool was clean and there were plenty of sun beds . Towels given out so no need to save a space. 15 mins from the airport. Kids area was super - lots to do and outdoor area well maintained and clean for them too....

「很差，可以说不像一个四星的酒店，服务不好，房间很小，旁边住着两个很吵的男人，和酒店反应，居然说。NOW IS HOILDAYS ,ONLY 8PM 服务很差！！！不会再去，这个区域的沙滩很差」

「I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Please can you inform staff to inform customers of the cost of reserving Balinese bed 」

「Ideal location for a few days away. 10 mins from the airport, a 4 minute walk to the beach. Huge selection of restaurants, bars and shops just as close. The hotel was spotlessly clean at all times. The room was cosy but well equipped and the beds very comfortable. As a room only guest, tea and coffee facilities would have been welcome in the room. All the staff that we dealt with were brilliant. So kind, helpful and on hand to help with queries/organising taxis etc. I hope to return!」

「Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage war es erstaunlich ruhig. Im Zimmer hörte man von draußen nichts. Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen). sehr freundliches Personal. kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. einziger Negativpunkt: die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein.」
