「Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.」

「Our room was nice when we got to it. 2 flights of stairs with suitcases was not appealing but staff helped us on arrival and upon departure. Checking in at a different location than we were staying was a little inconvenient, but the staff was helpful by walking us to our accommodations and answering questions.」

「I would stay here again. It is a good location for walkers. My wife and I love to walk. You are close to Campo Santa Margarita - which is a nice plaza - more local than touristy. You are close to the train station and access to the airport. However, walking to St. Marks Square and the main tourist area is about 20-25 minutes. The space is great. 「First, in Venice, you need to be prepared to not have the nicest finishes or a luxurious hotel room. This is an ancient city full of centuries old buildings that have been renovated many times over. This hotel does not have any food services, but there are dozens of options nearby and throughout the city. Just be prepared to walk a lot, as Venetians do. 「This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. 」
