"I am all for basics when not spending much time on property, but for $125/night, seems reasonable to expect decent towels, shampoo, soap, extra blanket. Our towels were so thin, small bar of soap, no shampoo, no extra blanket, sink falling off wall so anything set on the sink fell off, grungy bathroom, and no place to set toiletries. I would not stay here again"

"The front desk staff very courteous and friendly. I was told I was given an upgrade yet the room was not much of an upgrade. The light bulbs by the bed were burnt out, there were minimal supplies in the bathroom. One tiny soap and nothing else. There was no coffee but empty bags of coffee. The room really appeared as not being serviced. So far from an upgrade. When I went to the lobby and tried to get a cup of the complementary coffee I had to chase a waitress and ask for one cup of coffee. She said the complimentary coffee was only till 9 am which I was not informed and it was just 9:30 am when I went down for my coffee. I was not happy."

"The sounds of the unit above us due to the buildings structural creakiness did not allow us to sleep at all. Guests above us seemed to be walking normal and doing normal things but it was like it was an 1850s building as far as noise "

"Played tennis at 9:30pm on lit courts. Breakfast was great. Great hotel, would stay again. "

"Great responsive staff. Clean room…..furniture updated but the bathrooms and kitchen need to be updated. We had a lovely pool and Mountain View room."
