「Welcomed by a pleasant smile and professional staff. Our room was charming, clean, and a lovely view of the bridge. Location was exceptional with walking distance to downtown and Lighthouse next door. Pool was clean and well maintained.」

「Clean, quiet, and affordable (for a touristy place like Mackinaw, anyway). I never interacted with any staff - I was emailed a code for the door to my room which worked just fine and when it was time to check out I just left and locked the door again. I give this place 4 stars out of 5 only because my shower drained extremely slowly and I was up to my ankles in water during my shower. Nothing a drain snake can't fix, I'm sure. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.」

「From the outside it looks like a nice place, the room was clean but there were ants in the bathroom. There was a fridge in the closet but no microwave, the room was dark as there is only one lamp on the nite table. The room is sadly lacking ac outlets and no lamp near the table. We have never seen a coffee pot like the one there, when you pour the coffee it leaks out over everything, also there was only one pack of coffee, we had to go ask for more. Very well stocked with towels, washcloths, and hand towels. It was very aggravating to get the luggage to the room with the cart as you have to go to the other end of the building for the elevator and go through 2 hallways and doors and maneuver thru very narrow hallways.
