「From the outside it looks like a nice place, the room was clean but there were ants in the bathroom. There was a fridge in the closet but no microwave, the room was dark as there is only one lamp on the nite table. The room is sadly lacking ac outlets and no lamp near the table. We have never seen a coffee pot like the one there, when you pour the coffee it leaks out over everything, also there was only one pack of coffee, we had to go ask for more. 「We reserved our room last minute off Expedia. Martin, the manager warned us of the sub-optimal accommodations left and we coaxed him into letting us stay anyway. He's a gem frankly, while the owner perhaps not so much. The cabins on the waterfront do offer a sandy beach as marketed. The pool was okay and the hot tub- yowza. Closed but also filthy dirty. 「We checked out of room. Left and realized my handicapped daughter had for her shoes,swimsuit and goggles in bathroom. Returned within half hour. Went to front desk and she stated she didn’t show we stayed there. Finally found it and gave me room key. Went to room to find door opened and found large garbage bag on floor full of garbage and I could see are stuff in garbage bag. Had to dig it all out of garbage. 「We understand that some places are outdated and a little run down from time and use but this was beyond that. The room was not cleaned throughly, there was a phone but it did not work. the cord for the hair drier hanging on the wall was caked in dust from never being wiped off. The light switches also caked with gunk, a puddle of pee on the base of the toilet and some gunk that came out of the jets when we turned on the jacuzzi. The Landry room has a huge hole in the ceiling, towels on the floor...

「When checking in I saw mice and the rooms were not clean. Did not stay.」

「Our stay ok.. there was no breakfast.. The pool area is very poorly maintained.There was stuff torn apart, stuffed kids could hurt themselves on it really needs to be maintenance. The rooms were very dusty and sheets were dirty. The balcony really needs to be washed and swept down there were cobwebs spiders and bird poop.. for the $ we paid i was expecting better」

「Very nice staff, pool and hot pool, perfect location and size of the cabin! The only thing is the cleanness- they should dust and wipe a little more. And the picnic area has only one table with bench, nothing more. I would expect couple of them and some kind of grill or fire pit, but nothing there. Other than that: great」
