"There is NO AIR-CON in the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The hotel uses a centralised heating system with no ability to adjust the temperature per room. During my stay, the room was overwhelmingly warm with absolutely no way to cool it down. There is a Dyson fan provided, but it is simply a fan — not an air conditioning unit — and does nothing to actually lower the temperature. For a hotel at this price point, this is frankly unacceptable. The room itself is also very cramped. Even for a regular-sized person, the space felt restrictive — we could barely open two suitcases at the same time without struggling. The rest of the facilities were decent enough, but the lack of proper temperature control is a dealbreaker. I would not stay here again."

"My plane was rescheduled to two days later due to weather. Expedia helped me work with the hotel to rearrange my stay and even helped me get a refund for the two days I didn’t stay. I was very grateful. I came for my daughter’s 15th birthday and on our way out they gave her a small gift with a handwritten note from several of the staff. Such a wonderful and kind gesture that left me impressed. "
