「When we went to check in they said they over booked and my booking wasn’t excepted. And turned me away. I later messaged and asked when I’d be refunded. They said I never showed up and will be charged for a no show. Absolutely ridiculous!! Will never ever go or refer anyone there. Horrible customer service from the manager Deon Watkins. I went to Hampton inn and their customer service was INCREDIBLE!」

「The breakfast was excellent. Some of my favorite shops are nearby including TJ Max, Home Goods, Talbots and Sketchers Outlet. The bed was AMAZING comfortable. On the downside, the TV channel selection was very limited, which frustrated my husband, and the coffee pot in our room was broken. We will be back!」

「Pay for the cheapest room you can get. I paid for a room that was supposed to have a microwave and fridge since it was for several days, and it had neither. The manager insisted I had not paid for what I did, even after he was shown that that's exactly what I paid for. TV also didn't work, and he said, "Yeah, we've been having problems with that".
