「Had to ask them 2x to clean the room then when they did they didn’t replenish the towels or water. I had to smog to the front desk and ask for towels. Then the next day there was a huge bus taking 8 parking places instead of parking in the lot next door.」

「It took 25 minutes to get checked in for a night that was already paid for because the employee had no idea how to work the system. The elevators suddenly had caution tape around them and were down, the floors and hallways were covered in drywall, cords, left opened mixed puddy buckets just left in the stairwell (which you had to use), caution tape strung along random places. The worst part was the construction of drills, air compressors, power tools late into the night and back at it on...

「Parking was fine. Property was in desperate need of an upgrade. I believe they are starting remodeling. No maid service offered and not given bath towels upon request (realized they were bath mats far too late.) Breakfast was ok, however no forks, yogurt out of date, bacon burnt..... The people were very nice, I just hope the update helps!」

The amenities could be better accessible especially because of the price and I understand that the place was renovated, but that’s another reason I expected more…the cleaning staff were good as well, but the joking, playing, and loudness from them in the hallway was very disrespectful while we’re trying to rest.」
