「The standard room was dark small and uncomfortable had 1 full bed and a twin it’s a a family room I don’t understand why we were assigned that room we are a couple luckily we don’t spend time in the room. Also the pictures on Expedia did not show that the standard room had this format. We complained but were told that is how all the standard rooms are. Pool area isn’t very nice small pool and there wasn’t a hot tub」

We ate in the bar restaurant and the food was delicious. Our waiter, John, gave us excellent advice on things to see and do in the area and Trish, one of the managers, went above and beyond with hospitality. I’d definitely stay here again.」

「The Step House hotel was one of our favorite stays on our Ireland trip! We had a beautiful and spacious room that opened onto a terrace overlooking the gardens and mountains in the distance. We enjoyed a delicious dinner and breakfast in the 1808 Pub.
