「Room is on the pricier side, but you can feel why. King room was spacious and bathroom elegant/modern. Reminded me of a fancy hotel room in Vegas! Spa couples weekday massage at rnr Wellness (in the hotel), was incredible (Jean). Fitness room was well equipped with beautiful views of the city (especially at night!). Parking is tricky downtown though (hotel is across the street from the Calgary Tower). Might be easier to Valet park (currently $50/day), if you don’t want to navigate through...
「Staffs are friendly and helpful except one female restaurant staff on duty dated yesterday who was a bit unfriendly after front desk staff guided me to get a glass of warm water at the restaurant. She did not have to act so unfriendly. To be honest, l was a bit “ pissed off “ as there was not hot water boiler inside the guest room ! Others all good. 「Stayed here for one night before heading into the Rockies. On street parking was available opposite the hotel and was free at the weekend.
Check in was friendly and easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
