"Staff were absolutely incredible and the hotel was decent for the price. Unfortunately had a bunch of hockey teams staying there and they were tearing through the halls screaming and playing hockey in the hallways, they completely took over the pool and no once else could use it cause they wouldn’t stop hitting patrons while diving and fighting in the water. They’d push all the floor buttons on the elevator nonstop so you’d have to stop at every floor and they made our stay a nightmare cause the parents were MIA every single time. Not exactly the hotels fault but there wasn’t any control at all on the situation. Unfortunately won’t be staying there again simply because of this experience and the fact that it seemed that the teams were on every single floor and there was no escaping the chaos that brought. Hotel and staff 9/10. Comfort and ability to enjoy our stay -10/10"

"They had a large higher quality complimentary breakfast that spanned from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and my kids loved it, the sweet had a kitchen although it was not very well stocked and a bit difficult to cook in but due to the complimentary breakfast we didn't have to cook that much, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were exceptional a special mention to Gonzalo and Naufil for their helpfulness. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, elevators were fast, and location is terrific. "
