The staff were so friendly, the valet staff were wonderful. Room was spacious. The breakfast supplied was good, my husband loved it, I would like to see a waffle or pancake station and bacon, some cheese slices. So just a bit more variety. It is the one of the only hotels downtown to offer breakfast so I was content to be able to have breakfast included.

Great size rooms, the breakfast buffet each morning was a nice addition, nothing crazy but enough of a selection to have variety and start the day. When checking in we were told the rooms only get cleaned every second day, but ours wasn’t touched for the 4 nights we stayed which was a bit disappointing. Wouldn’t have minded so much if when booking the rooms they were advertised as no housekeeping. Location was prefect for walking and exploring Calgary and accessing the tram. Would be nice if the rooftop bar and restaurant offered a happy hour, entice guests to have a drink on site after a long day exploring. Having said that we found plenty of fantastic alternatives all within walking distance.

Stayed here for one night before heading into the Rockies. On street parking was available opposite the hotel and was free at the weekend. Check in was friendly and easy. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was great, we went early and it wasn’t too busy.
