I have never been yelled and cussed at the way she came at me over my children having their drinks at the pool. Which I don’t see the sign and I made them throw them away when asked. But the manager came out cussing and yelling in my face in front of my kids and scared them so bad. Would not recommend staying here"

"The A/C did not work at all in the room, thank goodness it wasn’t hot and we were only there for a few hours. Not very clean, everything was tidy but you could tell there was no deep cleaning going on like ever!!!"

"Shower needs a good scrub there was built up soap scum all over the walls and on the floor. Beds ere a little harder than we liked. And pool closing at 9pm was a downer for we traveled for 13 hrs and was looking forward to setting in the hot tub. "

"Initially, the staff were nice. When I went ro the room, the door was unlatched. Nothing looked disturbed, so overlooked it. There was one hand towel, one washcloth and a bathmat. The shower rod was pulling from the wall. The night staff was apologetic and brought clean towels and a washcloth. Said new housekeepers and were having communication problems, dryer wasn't working. In the morning, discovered the water was not working in the tub/shower. The staff offered a key to a different room, but we wound up just washing up at the sink. There was no stopper in the sink, and a toothpaste cap was in the drain.There was leftover food in the refrigerator. We had a puppy, and he got stickers in his paws when we took him potty. My husband went for breakfast and there were crumbs and empty containers. When we left, i looked again and they had refilled some containers, but we were done. Rethink and give them time to correct issues. April 13, 2026"
