「Nice clean hotel! Interior(Lobby, hallway, rooms) is a little dated, but well kept. Will stay again」

「The Hot Tub had no light at all. The room was filthy with someone's clothing on the floor still. Bathtub not clean. AC didn't work well. Two separate buildings so have to walk across a parking lot to get to breakfast and hot tub and front desk. 」

「Room was clean, had no issues, could use some upgrades. We did not eat breakfast so no comment. Overall it was ok.」

「parking was fine. staff said they were going to clean bathroom but nobody ever showed up. Room i paid for wasn't available and had to pay more for another. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. paid more for a room with BUGS all over the bathroom sink and counter. just a bad experience. 」

「Generally a nice place but there were signs of wear and maintenance needs including the shower that came out in a dribble.」

「Shower needs a good scrub there was built up soap scum all over the walls and on the floor. Beds ere a little harder than we liked. And pool closing at 9pm was a downer for we traveled for 13 hrs and was looking forward to setting in the hot tub. 」

「They do not serve breakfast like stated on the site. And the manager is a very rude lady. I have never been yelled and cussed at the way she came at me over my children having their drinks at the pool. Which I don’t see the sign and I made them throw them away when asked. But the manager came out cussing and yelling in my face in front of my kids and scared them so bad. Would not recommend staying here」

「The night we arrived, there was one car in the parking lot, and they put us on the third floor with their elevator out of service. So tired on arrival and late so attempted to cancel the second night through hotels.com and although the hotel did not have a working elevator, there was nothing hotels.com could do because of their nonrefundable policy.
