"Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. Upon checking into an ADA-accessible room, I noticed that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. The mattress topper appeared stained, and there were small mouse droppings present in the furniture. We requested to be moved to another room, which was accommodated; however, the replacement room was not accessible for my needs. I was then moved back to the original room. This repeated relocation was both inconvenient and physically exhausting. I would like to note, however, that the manager was courteous and professional throughout the process."

"The Hot Tub had no light at all. The room was filthy with someone's clothing on the floor still. Bathtub not clean. AC didn't work well. Two separate buildings so have to walk across a parking lot to get to breakfast and hot tub and front desk. "

"Where I stayed on 3 floor seemed like some renovations going on Staff checked me in promptly used elevator pretty nice no shower chair but bathroom looked fine everything worked fine.Comfortable bed, curtain in need of replacement.Good air and heat not overly noisey ,great view from 3 rd floor toward the south loop 289.easy access from southwest of building.For the price one of the most economical probably would stay their again if I needed a place in Lubbock.Had the complementary coffee not bad it helped LOL!!"

"Room was very nice and clean. I do wish they had usb connectors in the lamps for charging devices. We have stayed here before and came back because it was a great experience. This time was not and we probably will not book here again. Check in lady was very nice, however she didn’t tell us where elevators were for our room nor where breakfast was served. Not a big deal but most hotels will let you know where to go. Breakfast was alright. I said good morning to several employees on the way, front desk and in dining area and was ignored. The omelet was good, except I had to eat my husbands because mine was not what I ordered. Also, the gentleman making them was not friendly not helpful. A lady in the dining that was around the entrance never asked anyone for tickets (that we witnessed) except a family that was clearly Hispanic and didn’t speak much English. The night before, my husband was waiting for me downstairs and just wandering around and was approached by a man very aggressively asking if he needed something and told him he couldn’t be in that area. He was just walking around! Can’t say we have ever experienced being told that before. He wasn’t anywhere that would warrant being treated that way. We noticed the area across the street was a bit sketchy so maybe that’s why but a hotel should Never treat their guests like that. I used to work for Hilton for many years and have a lot of experience in the hospitality industry and this was just unsatisfactory treatment. "

"Generally a nice place but there were signs of wear and maintenance needs including the shower that came out in a dribble."

"This hotel is not at a good standard. The rooms were not cleaned well,the furniture is old and dusty. The best part was the breakfast."
