「Although the food and drinks were good, the customer service was terrible. Staying at this resort was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The staff were not friendly and not accommodating. I had no AC for 3 of the 4 nights there. After several complaints and multiple maintenance workers failing to fix the issue, they offered to upgrade me to a different room the night before checking out (my birthday) at 10:30pm. 「Everything was super clean and nice. The only issue was that I didn’t expect the room to have no electrical outlets near the bed or the couch, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great. The breakfast was delicious, the pool was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.」

「Hotel is outdated but clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedding was clean. Clean towels every day. Beach towels can be exchanged for clean ones every day. Lots of restaurants within short walking distance. Grocery store within short walking distance. Pool clean but loud because is right next to airport.
