「The Shangri-La at The Shard in London, staying in a room with an iconic view, offers a clear vista of the Tower Bridge and various important landmarks. The dinners and breakfasts provided by the TING restaurant are excellent. The front desk also offers service in fluent Chinese and English. Other Shangri-La hotels should consider this establishment's service standards as a worthwhile example to emulate.」

「A beautiful little house with friend people there. A little far from the underground station, like two bus stops away. I will not suggest walking there with luggages. One of the best service we got for the whole trip in UK. Not very large but clean room. However, I don’t know why we got an accessible room, the wash basin was very small and low. Also no separated area for shower, so it was a disaster in the bathroom every time we had a shower.」

「A very trendy morden Japanese hotel. My room was upgraded to a suite with an excellent balcony. The service is excellent with very friendly staff. Room service will prepare your bed before you come back from dinner. They even have staff who can speak Cantonese. The neighborhood is a very cool place with lots of graffiti & co-office.」

「The staff was exceptional. Feana, I may have name misspelled ,was so kind. Showed us rooms beforehand and ended up upgrading our room at no additional cost. Convenient to tram, felt very safe walking out and about. Cafe and bar restaurant provided great service and food at reasonable prices. Would stay here a 100 times!」
