「The hot tub was not on the property but was accessible through the property next-door, which was a little bit of a walk. Would have given it five stars if it wasn’t for the terrible individual at check-in. I don’t remember his name, but he stayed in the room in the back, not in the front where he belonged. 「We were really disappointed by the beach. It’s rocky and was covered in seaweed (during our visit). The pools are beautiful, staff was lovely. The room was enormous and well maintained. I just wish we had more transparency regarding the condition of the beach.」
