We only stayed a couple of days, but the location was great. Really nice to be right on the water, and have a pool right there too. Lots of stuff in walkable distance. Covered parking. Etc.

We had an outstanding stay. Very comfy room, nice grounds. Great part of Key West… just far enough away from the bustle, but close enough that a quick golf cart ride gets you into the thick of everything. We will definitely be back

We loved it! Property, service, unit, parking. Location was excellent in a more quiet area of old town with beautiful Victorian homes right on the beach and walking distance to Duval Street and all the restaurants and bars without all the noise of it. We’ll be back with my family to this resort next trip to Key West . No doubt.

Kitchen didn’t even have salt and pepper! Pots, pans, set of 4 plates, utensils, bowls, glasses, a couple coffee packets, a couple powdered creamers and sugars. A box of tissues, a roll of paper towels and one ply toilet paper. The property was LOVELY, with beautiful views, a cute beach, pretty pool, lots of lounge chairs. Right next door to Louie’s Backyard.

Room was not clean and had bugs but the staff was quick to act and moved us to another room until this room could be cleaned appropriately even though it was late. The staff is amazing. The units are basic could use some updating but the location and views are wonderful. All in all a good stay if it had a gym it would much better but there is not one on site. Hot tub was nice and small beach area was nice.

Parking was easy and secure. Our studio room was spacious and updated. The pool area and grounds were very nice. It was a great area to stay in. The only issue we had was that our room (Building C Unit 202A) seemed to lack any kind of sound proofing. We could hear what the room next door were watching on TV and conversing about. Our upstairs "neighbors" must have had a child that like to do jumping jacks and throw marbles across the floor at 5:30 am. I will say that it did not prevent us from enjoying our stay though!

This is the first place we have ever stayed where we are expected to wash our own towels and sheets. There is zero room service. The room was very small, and way overpriced. This will definitely be our last time here. Even though it is a time share, the owners of the time share should be a little more accommodating with coffee, creamer, dish soap, shampoo and bathroom essentials. We even had to ask for more toilet paper. The price should have been half of what we paid.
