"We were traveling with our children. Arrived a little later than we wanted to.l (1115pm) We had a reservation booked f9r a 2 night stay that was booked weeks in advance. When we arrived the staff said our reservation was canceled. It was almost 1am and we had to find a new hotel. The staff was not helpful at all with the issue."
