"The staff were awesome. We ordered a city view and when we got there we were upgraded to an ocean view, free of charge. The view was amazing! The hotel was clean and comfortable and the beach was right across the street and easily accessible to dining and entertainment. We will definitely be going back! Best first expirience in Waikiki!"

"Fabulous location on the beach. Amazing ocean views and Diamond Head Crater views from our room in the Tapa building. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Gym is awesome and I used it every day for the week. Food was good. Lots of options at the resort. Recommend the magic show at the other Hilton"

"Waikīkī is busy and noisy 24/7. Its great to be in the center of it all and so close to the beach, but don’t expect quiet even 20 or 30 floors above. "

"We chose a modest room, our companions upgraded and were very pleased we were staying on our way to another island. Very clean. Staff was indifferent, poor job at the entrance, virtually no bar, breakfast was available by the pool at 7 in the rain without another soul present. The restaurant was in an awkward spot and good (B) but was supposed to be Japanese restaurant and was not. Not a great experience for the price, but the whole area is really expensive. "

"Horrible experience. Hidden fees. Crappie house keeping anf front desk staff. Cheap one oly toulet paper. Hadd to pay $1081.00 extra when got to hotel for parking!!! Bad deal. Got rupped off big time!!!"

"Hotel is located in a good position But you must book a room with a marina of sea view Valet parking only ! expensive found out when its to late other cheaper alternatives near by Short walk 15min to the near by shopping centre which has just about every shop you will need . W line bus from airport stops outdide the door good alternative Complementary water everyday from front desk plus one free icecream per day per room again voucher from from front desk all Staff very friendly especially in bar area enjoyed our time in Hawaii. Only issue valet misplaced car key on our departure. They got us to airport but fall out from the car not being returned.. we're yet to see Apologies & told us they would sort it to early to comment main thing was we made our flight"
