「The unit was very spacious and comfortable, all of the AC’s worked nicely. The kitchen was well kept and the view is amazing. The food at the hotel restaurant and rounding areas were very good and affordable. The pool was always clean. The service at the hotel and at the restaurant were very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The view is absolutely amazing. I would go back to velero beach resort for sure 10 out of 10. The only thing I didn’t like was the stairs we had to take to...

「Area is close to everything...breakfast was good and staff was great...this is a basic hotel with basic amenities thats fit my 4 day needs. The only complains are there wasnt no iron and you only get 2 towels so if you have guess be mindful. Staff was great. You can also exchange money there aswell...」

「Our room was never cleaned and we didn’t get fresh towels during our stay. There was nowhere to get drinking water or refill our water bottles, and yet it was unsafe to drink the tap water. Other than that, our room was beautiful and we had a lovely time. I wasn’t aware that we would get the vacation club ask… 」

「The property stay was good overall. The rooms could use some renovations (and I was in a supposedly renovated room). It is difficult to get reservations for ala carte restaurants if you don’t book them immediately upon arrival for the entire week. It is also difficult to get beach/pool towels. 」

「I really enjoyed my stay here at emotions. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and clean! Food was pretty standard but overall expected due to it being “resort food”. I came here for my Babymoon and many of the staff members were super helpful with accommodations and supporting me. Love that everything is walkable and the beach is beautiful! Lots of daily activities and for sure family friendly. I would for sure stay here again! 」

「The staff were friendly and nice. The challenge was not being fluent in Spanish. The hot tubs and jacuzzi's throughout the property did not seem to want to get warm or have bubbles and I honestly couldn't get the staff to understand what I was looking for, or how to make it work. 」

「During my seven-day stay at the Crown & Residence Suite, I appreciated the warm greetings from the staff who always said "hola" and "Como estas." The room was impeccably clean, and the maids made sure everything was perfect. Although the dining experience had some shortcomings, the overall ambience of the property was exactly what I needed for a relaxing vacation. The exceptional service provided by the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. 」
