Staff service & authentic Dominican food were the highlights of the stay at this resort. My housekeeper was polite and kept my room spotless. The two dudes who work the lobby bar at night delivered poor service. I consider Iberostar to be overpriced for what I paid to stay there.

This was honestly a 5 star stay. The staff was amazing- they were personable, attentive, and overall just made you feel very welcomed. Usually I don’t care for all inclusive resort food, but I really really enjoyed the food here. Everything was flavorful and abundant. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and it was done very very nicely. There was a lot of thought and effort that was put in for the guest to enjoy themselves. It seems to me that the resort takes good care of its employees and it shows. I would stay here again without hesitation.
