Very clean and modern basic room. I used after surgery and the room was comfortable and met my needs. Never got an ick feeling; fridge and microwave were good and clean. Bathroom was clean and had nice sized personal hygiene products. A/C worked well. Parking on site right in from of the room. Would stay again.

the owners were great they even held packages i had delivered before i got there for me and were just very nice people! clean room, clean bathrooms, comfy and clean beds and for a great price. Very convienient location as well :) Thanks so much seaway!!

Nicely optimized little spot. Bring hair dryer (none provided) and open the windows (smoke smell inside). Otherwise excellent in general and amazing for the price.

Area is good, close to the tourist spots like Venice Beach, Santa Monica pier, rodeo drive, Hollywood etc. Nice room, comfortable bed. Easy and free parking was a plus. I did however find a decent amount of small cockroaches in the bathroom. I would kill them and they would keep appearing. Housekeeping was done daily so I imagine that keeps them at bay but was not ideal having to deal them
