Overall, just about everything was good; however, the only problem, unlike the amazing experience at the Hyatt House in San Francisco Bay just a few days before was the Front Desk did not inform me of the option to have our room cleaned, which was very disappointing. I was under the impression our room would be cleaned, trash discarded and the bath towels, washcloths refreshed. I did not learn this until the the end of our stay. Abdul of the Front Desk of the Hyatt house in San Francisco Bay did such an AMAZING & MEMORABLE job, I just thought such an experience would carryover in the L.A. location. Sadly, it didn’t.
