Its an old property renovated to be a hotel. Very nice to have a room with 3 full beds, but the age is noticable. Cracks in the doorframes, creaks in the floor, things like that. The room was clean though, no stains.
Parking was fine, maybe I'm dumb, but when it said free parking, I assumed it would be a big lot. Very limited parking, one car per room, which I think it should say that on the listing to avoid future guests from making my mistake. Luckily, all the gentlemen at the front desk were so kind about it and allowed a second car. If you don't have a car, one block north is Hollywood Blvd with a bus line that goes to the main portion of Hollywood junk and silverlake in the other direction.
If you're not picky and need a place to sleep and keep your things, this is a fine place. But if you're picky about hotels, maybe another spot.
