"The pool is unmatched. Tremendous view of the hotel. But this pool is one of the few left at a hotel that truly has a deep end, about 13 feet. Numerous grand palm trees are everywhere. Nothing more Hollywood than this spot."

"Nice easy check-in process and check-out too for that matter! The win with this hotel is the location - that's if you're looking for somewhere central to Hollywood... the walk of fame (and many more iconic sights) is just a few steps away. The room was clean and comfortable, but we did feel it looked as if it was ready for a makeover. The pool area is nice and breakfast at the hotel (we opted for the buffet) was no more expensive that a lot of eateries within the area, given the amount of fresh food that's on offer. Overall, a really nice stay and a Hollywood hotel worth considering."

The Westin Bonaventure Hotel and Suites, Los Angeles

"This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful staff. No issues there. There were a couple things I didn’t like about my stay here though. For some reason the lobby floor has a strong perfume smell which made my stomach turn. The pool was very far away from our room. The restaurant has an amazing view but it was very expensive for what came on the plate. And overall I wish the Westin honored the beauty of this property a little bit more. It feels like all decisions made are based on the idea of what can we spend the least on and charge the most for. This hotel is one of the most beautiful architecturally in all of LA but the Westin has taken away from that by trying to make a buck."

Hotel Burbank

"Very convenient location and great value. Loved the happy hour at the bar and the sauna. Pool area was also very nice, but we were unable to swim as it was not heated. There did appear to be a situation with a bird and an a/c unit by the elevators on our floor that left the hallway littered with feathers for the duration of our stay. The hotel was otherwise very clean, including our room which was spacious and comfortable."
