「Evelyn checked me in and found a small error with my check in. She went above and beyond to correct the situation for me without hesitation. She provided me with conversation as i waited. She gave off such a warm welcome. True customer service. 」

「Room number 7 is very big and met our needs entirely. I only wish I could have adapted the room temperatureto our needs. I did not try to open the windows. I was afraid to try to open the windows, since it's a very old property, but I wish I could have had some fresh air. A wonderful large bar of lavender soap was in the room, and it helped to scent the room. Also a very cute dish of chocolates was waiting for us. 「We travel to Altoona frequently for family and always stay at this hotel. Comfortable, quiet, and clean. 」

「The lady at the front desk was nice the hotel was clean only issue we had was parking had to park in tractor supply parking lot but wasn’t a terrible walk since there was a door at to go into at the back of the building 」

「Super fast check in - friendly clerk. I didn't get her name, but she welcomed us and let us know there was a large group of middle schoolers at the hotel too. If there was any noise after 10 pm we should let her know. There was none, but I appreciated her giving us the heads up when checking in.」

「The house inside was decently clean with the exception of the bathtub that was dirty. The area outside was another story. The outside was extremely unkept . The house looked uninhabitable. I never seen such dirty windows with so many cobwebs in my life. The porch was also super dirty with green mold. 」
