「We had been travelling all day and booked a two queen room on Expedia. When we arrived - the hotel had given away our room and we were left with a king room which would not accommodate us. Really annoyed they gave our room away when we booked and had it confirmed. We required two beds. Person at desk was apologetic but she gave away our room. She tried to get us a room elsewhere with two beds but couldn't find anything. She said she'd call Expedia on our behalf - which she didn't do. We...

「This was an excellent motel! I would stay there again in a minute! The staff was friendly and helpful! When I couldn't figure out how to use the TV remotes, the woman came up to the room to show me how to use it! The pool was clean and great! Cute little bar that is so reasonable! We didn't use the free breakfast, but it looked wonderful! The room was very clean! Great place to stay!」

「This is a great hotel and we had a wonderful stay. From the front desk, to the breakfast staff, to the cleaning staff, we couldn’t ask for more. Everyone was very friendly and the pool and exercise room were a big hit with the grandkids. The breakfast was very good, the food was fresh and the staff was the most attentive I’ve seen, tables were cleaned as soon as the guests left. The entire place was spotless. I look forward to our next stay at this location.」

「The hotel is in need of having repairs finished. It looks like a flood or something damaged the carpet in the hallway at the far end. Carpet pieces were missing and this is a trip hazard. The air conditioner in my room worked very well, but there were gaps in the wall where it is located. A roll of foam sealant was left on the floor of the balcony, perhaps to seal up the air conditioner. Also repairs were made tot he tub that looked awful. I believe the tub needs replacing.」
