The one lady we had greeted me yesterday. Was so friendly and had a wonderful sense of humor. You can tell shes a people person. And im sure alot of guest had commented on how sweet of a lady she was. She is black and wears glasses. She made me feel so welcome and is so very kind. I will be stsying again. The pool was closed which was a bummer. And I didnt get my military discount booking through expedia. But overall a comfy bed,clean room,and helpful staff. This place is a quiet and nice relaxing stay.

When I tell you this Hampton Inn is one of the nicest, cleanest and wonderful places we have stayed. We travel for competition cheer and many other families had complaints about other places in Johnstown and were super sad not to be able to be at the Hampton Inn. Staff was amazing!!! Breakfast was refreshed and filled. Book your stay today!

My stay was great from night one to night five. Clean room, superb daily room service. Everyone I interacted with was fantastic, welcoming and accommodating. That is until the final morning as I checked out. I had a two hour drive back to Pittsburgh to fly home and asked for a bottle of water for the drive. Every night leading up to this the front desk had provided me with two bottles of water each night at no additional charge. This time the lady at the front desk told me that she would charge me $1.00 for a bottle and that they weren’t complimentary following my check-in on the first evening. I let her know that every bottle since the first night had been complimentary but she didn’t care. Instead of providing a high quality of service for my last interaction, she jaded my entire stay with them over $1.00. Silly interaction with an individual that hat clearly had no sense of customer service and salesmanship.
