Very nice

Great hotel! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and I had plenty of options for breakfast. It’s also very close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and sites. Would stay again!

The hotel provided tea milk and hot chocolate but no coffee. Treats were also complimentary. Room and hotel was always tidy and clean. Within the financial district we only had the london tower and the tower bridge nearby so we had to take the underground to most places for sightseeing. It’s 4 minutes walk to the underground tower station. After dark the walk from the tower station or park station can be dark on some streets. Not dangerous just our daughter felt uncomfortable a few times.

Comfortable clean and convenient. Friendly staff and overall wonderful stay

Hilton Bankside was incredible. Not one single complaint at all. An excellent choice for anyone visiting London!

The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Sonia at the front desk was amazing . Restaurant wasn’t that great but I would stay here again

I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Her warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made a difference. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and I’m grateful for Myriam’s incredible hospitality!

It was excellent property . Perfect for family

Beautiful hotel close to everything

Supreme boutique hotel with vibe that is fire! Excellent kitchen. Helpful and friendly staff. Room was clean, comfortable and with high quality rain shower. Down the street from Mansion House (underground) station and directly on the District and Circle lines. Walkable to Tower of London, Tower Bridge and St. Peter’s. It is four tube stops away from House of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. All else accessible easily by public transit. I cannot wait to stay for longer and with family at an...

We were skeptic on the location at first but once we got to the neighborhood and hotel, it was lovely. Just a few minutes walk from the tube station as well as Big Ben, the locations was excellent. Hotel offers a nice view of Parliament building and the downtown city area. You can also explore some nice pubs and restaurants surrounding the hotel. Grocery stores are also within walking distance. Topping it off is the rooftop restaurant which is very lively and offering some of the best views of...

Great location, just a corner away from the train station and major attractions.

Excellent hotel with a spacious room and clean gym!

Great location, amazing breakfast, awesome price

My room was small, but very clean and comfortable. Short walk to underground station made this a great base for exploring the city. The area is quiet, but always has enough activity to feel safe. As a single traveler, I was perfectly comfortable walking after dark. Friendly staff made it a great place.

Excellent location. Very clean hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooftop bar has some of the best views of the city. I will definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel, super clean no rugs which is a big nonono for me!!! The design of the property is so modernized, the restaurant upstairs is delicious, just everything in one place
