"The folks at the front desk were friendly and professional, even though the fact that the computer system was down must have been frustrating. We stay at a lot of hotels and it’s sometimes the simple things that mean a lot. At this property, for instance, the extra-soft sheets and squeaky-clean bathtub were especially nice. Also appreciated having the blackout shade at the window. We didn’t need it this trip, but it was good to see there was a laundry room for guests who need it."
