「Overall great experience at the shore club, the breakfast was definitely a plus having to not pay for one meal a day is definitely nice, the beach at the shore club is not what is pictured at all, it isn’t as big as pictured and currently has tons of seaweed blanketing the beach. I did address the concern of the beach as I understand it’s nature, but i asked if we could move hotels to a sister property ( sands or the palms) and they responded by saying to contact Expedia and move to a different...

「Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!」

「I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

「Beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what I was looking for! The secluded location and uncrowded beach were perfect for relaxing after exploring the island. I loved having my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise and ending my evenings with the ocean breeze. The condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, reliable Wi-Fi, beach chairs, snorkel gear, and complimentary bottled water and Perrier. The only reasons I gave 4 instead of 5 stars were...

「Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!」

「Location is perfect for access beach location. Eating options was good. 3 restaurants on site to choose from. The staff was excellent. Turndown/room service twice/day. Fabulous to have. Experience no issues. Contacted them for minor thing with door, but tech was at the room less than 60 seconds. This place was on it. Will definitely return!」
