「I’ve been to Turks with friends and family several times, but this was the first time I rented a beachfront property with concierge service and it was an amazing experience. The concierge service at Long Bay Beach Club coordinated VIP airport entrance and transportation to the villa and we skiped the long line. We also opted for gourmet chef service, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa was impeccably clean, with high-quality towels, shampoo, and all the amenities we could imagine....

「Beautiful villa. Our butler Saman was amazing. It’s a bit away, about 10mins from the main action. We had rental cars and it was perfect. We were able to explore but also come back to our villa to enjoy the pool annd the lagoon beach. We had ages 5 to 75 annd everyone walked away with a great time. Amenities are plentiful. Highly recommend!」

「Ok Expedia mis represented the room that I rented... I paid for a 2 bed room suite with ocean view ... I got one room with a king bed and other room with 2 beds, not what I paid for.. ocean view was not good at all on first floor, at least should have been second floor to see ocean... highly disappointed for what we paid」

「Property is small but well maintained. Most staff were friendly but the staff at Jojo’s often didn’t acknowledge you for several minutes when trying to place an order. Location to the beach was great. Food was very good and reasonably priced. Chef Abdul at Pelago was incredible. The food there was excellent and he was very friendly, circulating and chatting with all the patrons. My wife went to the spa for a 75-minute massage that she said was just okay, but nothing special. We understand...
