Room was awful, way too small, the room was a single room meant for one person not a double for two people, I had to climb over my partner to get in and out of bed. Three sides of the bed were against walls, My partner couldn’t lie straight. An absolute disgrace.

The room was supposed to be a VIP upgrade, but it was tiny, the bathroom I could barely move in, and the property in the communal areas is very dated. I have stayed in much nicer hotels for the same money.

Great stay for a couple for 4 nights in a very well located hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and clean but tiny rooms. However could have some fresh paint, flooring and new furniture.

Excellent place to stay

We had a lovely trip. The staff were really pleasant - especially Jerian who was so helpful and friendly. The location is great for shops, restaurants and the tube. We had a king room on the ground floor which was spacious by London standards and had everything we needed.
