The hotel was nice & staff very pleasant.However the noise from the scaffolding was annoying. Also an alarm went off early in the morning and it seemed like it was attached to the hotel wall

The room was quiet tired, both the toilet and the sink were cracked, and the shower door was difficult to use - it made an awful screeching sound when closed or opened. Plus, it was very difficult to operate the shower (due to the bi-fold door) without standing in the cubicle and getting cold water until it warmed up. It was a small room, not even space for a chair. I spoke to the front desk, expressing my feelings about the room and was just informed that "it's a Radisson Blu Boutique" hotel. At no point in my booking process, nor on the website, was this hotel listed as "Boutique". The guttering outside of the window obviously had a leak too, as there was a persistent loud tapping sound throughout the night. I would be unlikely to stay here again, especially when the hotel across the street (with large sized rooms) is only a few pounds more for the night! The upside to this hotel is the attached restaurant, Steak and Lobster - it's great.

Excellent place to stay

We had a lovely trip. The staff were really pleasant - especially Jerian who was so helpful and friendly. The location is great for shops, restaurants and the tube. We had a king room on the ground floor which was spacious by London standards and had everything we needed.

Hotel in good location near marble arch & walking dustance to Baker st & Hyde Park. Staff friendly. Room small but adequate. Lift wasnt working on day we arrived..but was on 2nd floor so not an issue.

Long weekend in London

Room was comfortable but rather noisy from the rear of a shop across the road. Good to have water and fruit provided, reception staff helpful and breakfast was excellent. Pity the lift was not working as the third floor was quite a climb. Overall ok

Great location and friendly staff, however rooms are small and the corridors are narrow. Also, the bar was closed as it was a Sunday (?) and lifts were out of order. From 9am constant door slamming in the corridor meant check out came sooner than planned.

Lovely staff and location

Excellent location few minutes from Marble Arch tube, keen and helpful staff. Room was clean, tidy and everything worked. Elevator was out of service during my stay, so needed to use the narrow stairs. Not a problem for myself, good exercise. An upgrade or other such gesture would have been nice, but hotel was full. 2nd stay and will likely be back soon.
