Do not stay here
This was the worst experience of booking accommodation ever.
Firstly, they charged double the amount advertised and suggested that all bookings were in US dollars which is rubbish. "Luxury apartment," absolutely not
when we arrived we walked up 72 stairs on the fourth floor in the roof with no lift.
My wife asked to cancel and they suggested they would charge the entire amount £954 for 5 nights regardless whether we stayed or not thus were left no option but to stay.
The bathroom the smallest inadequate room with a toilet set up for a child. There was a tiny basin vanity that leaked profusely and a shower that anyone above 70kg or 170cm would not be able to shower in. The appartment was advertised as having 2 bathrooms despite there only being 1. No bathmats, face washers, hand towels, or kitchen tea towels were provided. The furniture was attrocious and looked as if it were donated from the side of the road with chips in the table and plastic seating apparent. We experienced uncontrollable floor heating
that was very uncomfortable.
There was useless wifi, no channels on the televison and two incredibly small
bedrooms even for London standards. The appartment was advertised for 66sq metres despite being half that size. Moreover there was a £139 additional fee for cleaning. Do not deal with these people.
