The entire staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Clarence at the reception desk. We spent 2 nights at the hotel. We noticed a problem with the bedside table lamps. Clarence tried to fix the problem with table lamps but he could not. He immediately moved us to another room in the hotel and we are grateful to him. The room was very clean. Really liked the underground parking facility. The staff at the breakfast room were also very polite and helpful.

Better than any other ibis

Best ibis I've ever stayed at. Rooms were modern and spacious shower and bathroom. Had a problem with the TV remote which was solved immediately when I contacted reception.

Very comfortable stay

Very friendly welcome and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean, fantastic walk in shower and very comfortable bed. Ideal location for getting about with loads of transport links. Only downside is the limited parking facilities, but we knew this before arrival and it wouldn’t stop us staying again.
