Wonderful staff, clean room and excellent location. Walkable to the Hop on Hop off Big Red Bus and to Terra Rosa for a wonderful Italian meal. Ask for Fredrico, he'll take great care of you!

That is not a gym or fitness room - it is a closet with two Peleton bikes in it (that's it !). I would hesitate to even include "fitness room" as one of the amenities. Room is compact but serviceable. A slightly larger bedside table would be useful.

La chambre était très joliment décorée, la literie confortable. Toutefois le personnel manquait d’hospitalité, et les fenêtres n’étaient pas insonorisées.

I paid extra for queen size bed expecting room to be bigger but nope it wasn't water from shower pours under door into bathroom area. Breakfast choice is poor (Turkish) and not included in the price of the room. Pot of tea, pineapple juice, scrambled eggs on toast with bacon, poached egg on toast £44.00😳😳😳😳

The room was lovely, very nicely decorated and well finished. The air conditioning was a god send in the 40 degree heat. The bed was superb, the shower was ace. The staff lovely. Food and drink were pricey though, but then in the centre of London, it is good to explore and there are plenty of other places in the local area.

This was a very disappointing experience. I requested housekeeping at the start of the trip (especially important since the shower leaked and the bath mat was soaked), this never materialised. One of the LED lights in the bedroom constantly flickered, as did the under-sink light. I reported both to reception on the day of arrival. These were never fixed and it was extremely uncomfortable/ distracting to have consistently flickering lights in the room. I was really looking forward to my stay here, and I was unbelievably disappointed. The receptionist was helpful when I reported the issues with the lights for the second time, and one member of housekeeping did their best to straighten up the room given the 10pm time. However, it’s clear management/owners are cutting costs on repairs and housekeeping. I expected much better of a hotel of this calibre.

This was a great central location for sight seeing, with lots of walkable destinations and the underground just a few minutes away. The room size is perfect for solo travellers but I could see it being a bit small for couples. The rooms were very clean and the staff was super friendly
