We had an amazing one week stay. Clean and comfortable. Coffee, milk, snacks thoughtfully provided. Kitchen well equipped with just the right tools for simple breakfast and morning coffee before heading out. Three different train lines within 3 minute walk.

It was absolutely incredible. Great location, 3-5 min walk to a bus station, underground and overground tube stations. All convenience stores around the location. The apartment itself is very well equipped and the contact with the team although contactless was completely seamless during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was cozy and clean. The description and photos were pretty accurate, but do note that the decor for every apartment is slightly different. I love that check-in was fuss-free and entry into the building and apartment was via a digital code. It’s easy to get into central London via the Thameslink or the Jubilee line. Neighbourhood is bustling. Good eateries around the area and a short walk to the very trendy Hampstead Heath. There’s a washer and combi dryer in the apartment itself, which was really convenient. The dryer works quick, but they also provide a drying rack in case you have delicates that can’t be tumbled dry. Overall, I would choose to stay here again!

The apartment had everything one would need, very cosy - but also a bit noisy due to W End Ln just around the corner. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Comfortable and quiet stay. All you need is within walking distance. It was a little confusing trying to find my room- maybe some signs would help. I am not from the UK so figuring out how to use appliances, etc was interesting- youtube helped but maybe including directions in check-in info would be helpful. The in-room fan was gone, but staff was very responsive in bringing one quickly- I appreciated that. I also needed an unexpected later check-out and they were able to accommodate my situation. I would recommend staying here & overall was happy with my stay!!

Es un sitio fantástico. Cerca de metro y overground y con fácil acceso a los trenes que llevan a Gatwick y Luton. Los acabados son muy nuevos y el apartamentos muy cómodo y calentito. Lo único ha sido escuchar un poco a los vecinos de otras habitaciones. Lo recomendamos. El barrio tiene de todo y a sólo unos 20 minutos del centro de Londres en metro.
