「The staff was great and very friendly; however, the room itself was disappointing. We were placed in a handicap-accessible unit with a very small shower and a shower curtain, which was not ideal. The bigger issue was that the shower drain was clogged. Within seconds of turning on the water, there was over an inch of standing water around our ankles. I reported this immediately and was told maintenance would be coming, but from check-in to check-out, no one ever came to address the...
