「Right across the street from Wrigley this place is the place to stay if watching cubs game and visiting Wrigley. Gallagher way. Brand new. 「The room never got vacuumed. The shower poured water on the whole bathroom floor, I had to dry the floors with towels regularly. I paid for a two queen sized beds and one double sofa bed, didn't get that either. Since I didn't get the sofa bed two of my friends left and had to make other arrangements. 「Rooftop Movie theater looked fun during the daytime, but wasn’t committed enough to buy a ticket after sunset. Rooms were fine. Coffee shop was short-staffed the day I was there - to the point I gave up and moved on. The staff I ran into in the hotel from housekeeping to front desk to bell staff were all universally pleasant and helpful.
