「longer serve hours for breakfast will be better」

「I absolutely loved this hotel! From the moment we arrived, you could tell how much thought and care went into every little detail. The entire property was spotlessly clean, and the fall and Halloween decorations were adorable. They were everywhere, even down to the festive doormats outside the cottage doors! Not a single detail was missed. The rooms were just as impressive. Even the tiles in the shower stood out, and the water pressure was amazing! The beds were so comfortable, and there were...

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」

「They had a welcome board with our dog names at the entrance! The staff was friendly, perfect location!」

「The view and location were perfect. The staff was very attentive and informative. The beds and bedding were so comfortable.I would definitely stay again.」

「Love this place! this is the second time we stay here and still didn't disappoint. The room was perfect, had everything we needed, clean room, clean shower and the view from my balcony overlooking Bell Rock was amazing. Definitely recommend it and will stay here every time we come to Sedona!」
