「A great stay right from the start the manager and staff were helpful and friendly. I was particularly touched when the chef made an off menu option for my autistic son as he was unable to manage any of the listed items. The rooms were beautifully set out and the bed was so comfortable. I usually struggle to sleep away from home but not here. 「This hotel is a gem! Friendly, helpful staff who really care about yoyr opinion. Room was lovely. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Real bonus was the award winning Raja of Kent restaurant on the same site. Excellent food and run by the same lovely family. 」
