I called the customer service number for that location six times and it always goes to the main corporate office in another state. They say they are transferring me to the hotel I stayed at but it’s just another corporate operator that can’t help me. I will NEVER stay at another Holiday Inn Express again!!!!!!!!!!!」

「My family and I (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here for one night for a quick getaway. We stayed on the bottom floor, ocean view room. Pros: Check-in staff were great and friendly Lobby was clean and bright and modern Room was clean - looks to have been remodeled recently Beds were wonderful and comfortable. View is incredible! 「Extremely steep, unsafe parking lot. Halls were dirty. Carpet squares peeling up causing tripping hazard. Room looked ok but halls and room doors scuffed and scratched like they haven't been painted in years. Overall appearance when walking in very shabby. Some of the guests gave me an uneasy feeling.」

「Commercially run hot tubs are limited by law at 104°. The tub was as hot as is legal. Parking is super easy. Beach access is easy if you can manage stairs. It’s an older hotel that’s done a decent job of keeping themselves relevant.」
