"Nice hotel"

"The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The carpets are dated and getting threadbare. Though against the posted rules there are guests smoking pot in their rooms. At one point in the evening you could get a contact high if you walked down the hall. I would caution having children here."

"This has been one of my go to hotels in the Seattle area for years. Unfortunately this property is starting to look a little rough. I like the art work they have, better than the bland painting in most hotels. The rooms are big with a small kitchen. The area is quite, but not too far from Southcenter and the airport. They really need a refresh. The carpets are warn, the is obvious wear and tear in the rooms. There are a number of temporary fixes around the property. I will still go there, the staff is great and I like the location, but I hope they do a remodel soon."

"Says its under remodel, however saw no proof. Room smelled really bad when you walked in, like wet tea leaves, was wierd. Did not get room I had reserved, given a smaller room for same price, bathroom was extremely small. Pool and hot tub were disgusting, and closed. Vending machine worked every other cc swipe. So paid $ for a pop. Is on my personal list of avoid this one."

"This place is long-term residential in nature. You can't count on someone at the desk except for certain hours, and my room was not serviced during the 8 days I was there. Coffee is provided from a machine only four hours a day, and during my stay the machine went empty and there was no sugar. That said, my room was spacious and had what one needs for a long-term stay. "
