"The only reason I didn't give this hotel 0 stars is that it's clean, the TV works, and there's free coffee in the lobby. Otherwise, it's one of the most stingy hotels I've stayed in. It's billed as a long stay hotel--it has a kitchen but no cooking utensils. You can buy cookware. Who goes to a hotel to buy pots and pans?? You're given 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 glasses, and 2 sets of silverware. (Although I was only given one set of silverware and, in the whole hotel, they couldn't find a second set for me.) No cups. A dishwasher but no way to wash one bowl. They really expect you to run the dishwasher for one bowl and one spoon? How stingy and wasteful at the same time. The sheets are polyester and the blankets are thin. No hair dryers in the rooms. Don't bother staying here."

"Room was falling apart! Pet chew marks on the furniture, molding in the kitchen coming off, sticky carpet, door knob came off on day 3. Had to fix it myself as the maintenance man was gone that day. Charged twice for early check in and who knows what else. Got yelled at by a drug addict for doing my laundry. Had a friend with me as a witness. Staff is amazing though. "

"This hotel was very disappointing. It is not in a very nice area, the rooms were very basic and only adequate for the stay. They were in need of renovation and there was a musty smell around the hallways in the room. Will definitely never stay there again. I expected much more from the Hilton name. "
