「Good experience 」

「Clean comfortable room breakfast area was adequate. I do enjoy waffles. The waffle maker was working perfectly.」

「The mini fridge did not get cold The shower floor was level with the bathroom floor so water ran into the bathroom causing the floor to be slippery.」

「This hotel was great! Staff were super friendly, very clean. They ended up upgrading our room for free. It makes a big difference when you can tell the staff care about the property and it sure seemed like they did! I would definitely recommend anybody looking for a place to stay in Grayling」

「Room was not cleaned, checked into a dirty room place smelled like dog piss every where bed was not made up, was sent to best western after we checked in and found the room not cleaned. At midnight traveling with a toddler that was not something I wanted to do.」

「When I say this was bad… I mean it. And I’m not even one to leave a review. Our first room was so dirty (wad of hair in the tub, piece of a tampon wrapper on the floor, a cherry pit on the carpet… ) they moved us and the second room while I guess it was better than the first, still the paint was peeling and molding in the bathroom. This place was cheap but there was a reason for that. The advertisement images were wildly deceiving.」

「The staff were accommodating, otherwise 1 star. Too bad because this place has so much potential to reinvent itself. The valley setting is lovely…However, we were met by a dirty ashtray outside our building, spiders in the tub, a not filled/disgusting swimming pool, and lack of food outlets etc. The place was teaming with male golfers though, so if that’s your scene, have at it. Fore!」

「Our air did not work in our room.」

「They seem to have invested in the pool and dining/conference area. Rooms were run down. One working light bulb in a 3 bulb fixture. Tears in the carpet. The rear secured door with a card reader was missing the locking mechanism. Staff seemed poorly trained. Carpet throughout the halls was in desperate need of replacement. The breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs and sausages as hot foods. It didn't seem as if any employees were in the area. Bathroom had a exhaust vent/fan but, no way to turn it...

「We absolutely enjoyed our overnight at this charming and quaint motel. We loved the hot tub and sauna. The grounds were so peaceful. Lots of adorable and thoughtful touches in our room too! The staff was incredibly helpful during check in. We will be back and recommending it to everyone traveling in this area.」
