「They were able to get us in at 11am after we had to change hotels. The room was clean, offered pet friendly room, but the fee was ridiculous. They offered soap, shampoo, but did not have a coffee pot in the room.」

「Booked in advance, asked for a bottom floor room as we are Sr. citizens. Gave us an upstairs room. Asked the clerk if we could have a ground floor room. (It was Sunday night and plenty of lower rooms were available). Clerk stated no, this is what we the computer gave us. Now for the room. Sink was filthy with mud, toilet had urine all over it and the floor. Turned down the sheets, stains everywhere and full of dead bedbugs! We left the property after lodging a complaint with the clerk!」

「We had a spotless room with plenty of towels etc for our stay. The bathroom was roomy and bed slept great! My husband enjoyed having a chair to be able to sit up to watch tv! We would definitely stay here again if we were coming thru Jasper! The staff was very helpful and evdn Had some suggestions for restaurants at checkout!」
